- SIZE & COMPATIBILITY – 2000 mL, 24/40 JOINTS Large 2000 mL capacity for medium- to large-scale reactions, distillations and solvent recovery. Both joints are fully compatible with standard 24/40 condensers, adapters, thermometer adapters, gas inlet tubes and addition funnels used in organic chemistry laboratories.
- VERSATILE LAB USES Designed for heating, reaction and distillation work. The center neck commonly connects to a distillation head, column or reflux condenser, while the angled side neck provides an extra port for a thermometer adapter, inert gas line, vacuum take-off or addition funnel in more complex apparatus setups.
- MATERIAL & WORKMANSHIP – HEAVY-WALL BOROSILICATE 3.3 Hand-blown from heavy-wall borosilicate 3.3 glass and annealed at high temperature to relieve internal stress. Thick, durable walls provide excellent resistance to thermal shock, chemical attack and mechanical stress, allowing direct flame heating and repeated heating–cooling cycles under typical lab conditions.
